Global Brigades Staff expectations

Global Brigades policies

Global Brigades is committed to equity and inclusion across our programs, volunteers, and staff. Global Brigades does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender or gender expression, disability, or sexual orientation in any of our operations.

All staff members are required to read our policies and reference them often throughout their time with Global Brigades. You must understand all the components of being part of our team. Please read slowly and carefully, and ask the operations director, other coordinators, or program advisors if you have any questions. We are here to help!

In the following pages, you will review the Zero Drugs and alcohol policy and the zero harassment policy. Feel free to click each one of them and read them mindfully.
